Information we collect.
When you request a sign-in code, we process your email address and create or locate an account in Amazon Cognito. After successful sign-in, we store your account identifier, email, creation date, and account status.
If you submit our contact form, we store your name, email, optional company and research category, message, and response consent. Please do not include confidential records or sensitive personal information.
How information is used.
We use account information to send sign-in codes, authenticate you, maintain your account, and protect the service. Contact information is used to review and respond to the request you submit.
We use rate-limit records derived from email and network identifiers to control abuse. These records contain an expiration time. We do not sell account information or automatically subscribe account holders to marketing emails.
Service providers and cookies.
Amazon Web Services supports authentication, application hosting, and account storage. Essential session and security cookies keep you signed in and protect the account flow.
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and usage. Google’s tag may use analytics cookies and process information about your interactions with the website. Fonts are served with the website. Links to other sites are subject to those sites’ own practices.
Retention and your choices.
Account records are retained while your account is active or needed to operate and protect the service. Contact requests are retained as needed to address the request. Backups and security records may take additional time to expire.
You can request access, correction, or deletion through our contact page by selecting “Privacy or account request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send a password or sign-in code.
Changes to this notice.
