A public surface for an internal workflow.
An applicant tracking system supports an internal recruiting process, but its job board is public. Platform-specific URLs and job-board responses can help identify the system publishing a company’s openings.
Greenhouse documents public GET endpoints for its Job Board API. That makes the public board useful for observing a recruiting footprint; it does not grant access to private recruiting activity.

Match the company before the platform.
A global company may maintain separate boards for subsidiaries, acquired businesses, or different regions. A second board is not necessarily a new primary ATS.
Preserve the board identifier and the entity represented by the careers page. Do not combine distinct operating businesses simply because they share a parent company.
Follow the sequence.
Look for consistent changes in careers-page links, active listings, and the prior board over time. A migration announcement can provide useful additional context.
A board with no open jobs may still be in use. Lack of current vacancies is not evidence that the customer canceled the platform.
