Try a public Greenhouse Job Board endpoint

This read-only explorer returns real job summaries from a covered board. It does not access applicants or submit applications.

GET https://boards-api.greenhouse.io/v1/boards/figma/jobs

Greenhouse documents GET Job Board endpoints as public. The application-submission endpoint has different authentication requirements. Our response returns up to ten summaries; upstream data can be cached for five minutes.

What is Greenhouse applicant tracking software?

Greenhouse is a hiring platform with applicant-tracking workflows. Our evidence focuses on public job boards, which establish the visible recruiting platform at a company. They do not reveal private applicant information or the employer’s full configuration.

The customer module lists reviewed companies and links to the original public endpoints. Counts represent covered organizations, not total customers or job postings.

Greenhouse API: public board vs private recruiting data

The public Job Board API exposes published jobs and related board information. Its GET endpoints do not require authentication. Private recruiting integrations and application submissions have different access requirements.

The explorer fetches one of five known public boards and returns a bounded set of job summaries. It does not accept arbitrary destinations, access candidates, or submit applications. Job updates are not vendor adoption dates.

Greenhouse alternatives and evaluation

Use the observed ATS list to compare Greenhouse with Ashby, Lever, and SmartRecruiters in our covered sample. Assess scheduling, reporting, permissions, integrations, and candidate experience with a real hiring workflow.

Observed counts are not product ratings. The free ATS directory distinguishes free software from trials, while the recruiting stack map places an ATS beside the other functions a team may need.

What the evidence can tell you

A public job board supports an ATS observation. A subprocessor disclosure identifies a provider that may process data for particular services. A vendor customer story describes a published relationship. These sources have different scopes and are labeled separately.

Counts cover the records on these pages, not the whole market. No observation in our covered sources does not mean a company does not use a vendor. Source recency and unresolved conflicts affect confidence; observations do not establish spend, renewal timing, or customer churn.
