Real-time buying signals: inspect the evidence

Explore reviewed vendor-disclosure changes and their source intervals. A change can guide a discovery question; it does not establish buying intent or a purchase date.

What are buying signals in sales?

Buying signals are observations that may suggest a relevant business need or decision. A vendor change can be one input, but the observation must be interpreted in context. A first review of an old disclosure is not a real-time purchase event.

How current is this feed?

The feed shows when VendorCensus reviewed a change and the dates of the two published versions. The exact change date lies within that interval and may be unknown. This is a reviewed feed, not a continuous real-time stream.

Company names are hidden in this view until you sign in. The public summary returns the provider, signal type, category, and dates. No signup is required to inspect those fields.

Buying signals follow-up

Use the event to prepare a relevant question about the service or workflow. Check the source, business unit, and recency before outreach. Ask whether the observation is relevant rather than asserting that the company is changing its contract or budget. No outreach is sent by this tool.

What the evidence can tell you

A public job board supports an ATS observation. A subprocessor disclosure identifies a provider that may process data for particular services. A vendor customer story describes a published relationship. These sources have different scopes and are labeled separately.

Counts cover the records on these pages, not the whole market. No observation in our covered sources does not mean a company does not use a vendor. Source recency and unresolved conflicts affect confidence; observations do not establish spend, renewal timing, or customer churn.
