Competitive intelligence analysis

Turn public evidence into a clear research brief. Select a vendor to prefill an analysis canvas, add your interpretation, and download your work.

Initial coverage sample · reviewed (UTC)

Real public-source records, manually reviewed. This is a dated snapshot, not a continuous live feed or a representative market survey.

Separate facts from explanations

The canvas keeps evidence, coexistence, movement, and gaps distinct. A dated source supports a fact about that source. A claim about why a buyer chose a provider is an interpretation that needs different evidence.

Win/loss needs buyer context

Public vendor observations do not establish a sales opportunity’s outcome or the buyer’s reasons. Add interview notes or authorized internal research to the win/loss field, with its own provenance. Leave it unknown when that evidence is absent.

Build a repeatable intelligence program

Assign a decision owner, make assumptions explicit, and set a review date. Compare later findings with the original brief. The canvas downloads as Markdown or JSON so the sources and caveats travel with the analysis. It remains in this browser session and is not sent to a CRM or another person.

What the evidence can tell you

A public job board supports an ATS observation. A subprocessor disclosure identifies a provider that may process data for particular services. A vendor customer story describes a published relationship. These sources have different scopes and are labeled separately.

Counts cover the records on these pages, not the whole market. No observation in our covered sources does not mean a company does not use a vendor. Source recency and unresolved conflicts affect confidence; observations do not establish spend, renewal timing, or customer churn.
