Real public-source records, manually reviewed. This is a dated snapshot, not a continuous live feed or a representative market survey.
A reviewed source change is a starting point for investigation.

Procurement market intelligence combines supplier information, peer evidence, and internal requirements to support a sourcing decision. Public changes can identify a question worth asking, but they do not reveal negotiated prices or renewal dates.
Start with your required service, then check whether the source describes comparable work. A processing relationship for a customer-facing feature is not automatically an internal software purchase.
The reviewed Intercom source pair identifies additions within one defined US-hosted service scope. The review brief above helps turn that evidence into questions about service dependencies, alternatives, and implementation impact.
The exact date within the source interval is unknown. This example is not a real-time peer-switching feed and does not establish contract consolidation or the reason a provider was added.
A failed fetch, renamed vendor, regional list change, or incomplete snapshot can look like a removal. Verify the same scope and normalize provider identities before concluding that a relationship changed.
To assess consolidation, obtain evidence that workflows actually moved and that the old service was retired. Two providers appearing in one company’s stack does not establish redundant spend or a savings opportunity.
A public job board supports an ATS observation. A subprocessor disclosure identifies a provider that may process data for particular services. A vendor customer story describes a published relationship. These sources have different scopes and are labeled separately.
Counts cover the records on these pages, not the whole market. No observation in our covered sources does not mean a company does not use a vendor. Source recency and unresolved conflicts affect confidence; observations do not establish spend, renewal timing, or customer churn.
