Pipedrive vs Salesforce in the covered sample
The Pipedrive side includes Cascade Energy’s customer story. The Salesforce side includes published enterprise customer examples. Different source populations can produce different industry mixes; a larger count here does not establish a larger addressable market or a better fit.
Each table row keeps the named business and service scope visible. Use the provider selection to inspect either side, then return to the combined view to examine overlap.
Switches, shared companies, and net movement
A customer story is presence evidence at its publication context. It is not a continuously maintained installation record. This sample cannot calculate switches in either direction or 12-month net movement.
The overlap denominator is the distinct union of companies on either side. Multiple records for one company do not increase that denominator. An empty filtered sample yields an unavailable rate, not a meaningful zero-percent market result.
A practical CRM evaluation
Demonstrate how a lead becomes an opportunity, how a manager reviews a forecast, and how customer information reaches the next team. Use the same sample data and ask what requires custom setup or additional products.
Include data portability, integration ownership, and the cost of parallel operation during migration. The consolidation calculator can model your own contract assumptions; it does not infer savings from observed vendor names.
