Zoho’s customer page names Blue Star Limited and attributes a CRM workflow testimonial to its CIO. No deployment-wide scope, adoption date, or current contract is inferred.

Publisher-reported transition: NRS, Salesforce → Zoho CRM

Zoho’s undated NRS/IDT story reports a transition after earlier Salesforce use. The switch date is unspecified, so this example is excluded from recent movement counts. Earlier Salesforce use is not treated as present-day co-adoption. Read the publisher’s account ↗

Zoho CRM vs Salesforce: start with the workflow

Both sides of this comparison concern CRM relationships, but a named provider is not a feature or price benchmark. Use your lead routing, permissions, reporting, integration, and export requirements to define a comparable demonstration.

Our table counts distinct companies with source evidence. The industry filter changes that sample; the movement selector identifies a historical question. Neither produces a representative market-share estimate.

A reported Salesforce-to-Zoho transition

Zoho’s NRS/IDT customer story describes National Retail Solutions moving from Salesforce to Zoho CRM. We show it as a publisher-reported historical transition with an unspecified date. It is not included in the last 30, 90, or 365 days as a measured switch.

The NRS observation uses the subsidiary’s domain. Reported CRM seats are not treated as employee headcount. The story’s earlier Salesforce use is not counted as current co-adoption alongside Zoho.

How to evaluate Salesforce vs Zoho fairly

Ask each vendor to perform the same scenario using the edition you would actually buy. Record configuration work, extra products, data migration, and integration maintenance separately from headline license costs.

Compare the evidence and limitations, not just the sample count. Missing overlap means no shared company was established within our sources; it does not prove the products are never used together.

What the evidence can tell you

A public job board supports an ATS observation. A subprocessor disclosure identifies a provider that may process data for particular services. A vendor customer story describes a published relationship. These sources have different scopes and are labeled separately.

Counts cover the records on these pages, not the whole market. No observation in our covered sources does not mean a company does not use a vendor. Source recency and unresolved conflicts affect confidence; observations do not establish spend, renewal timing, or customer churn.
